8 Professional Trading Tips You Need to Know

October 20, 2010 Leave a comment

1. Never trade on wishful thinking. If you place a trade and it’s not working out for you, get out! Don’t compound your mistake by staying in and hoping for a reversal.

2. Psychological Factor. Uncontrolled emotions are the number one cause of trading losses. Don’t let your emotions sway you, stick to your trading plan and remember to set (and stick to) your Stop Loss orders.

3. “The Trend is Your Friend”. When trading in the direction of a trend you’re trading with the majority in the Forex market. As a result you’re trading results will generally improve.

4. Accept that a part of successful trading is knowing when to cut your losses. Every trader sees the market go against them sometimes. Successful traders know that profits are achieved by owning up to your mistakes quickly in order to keep your losses in check. Dropping your failed trades will free you to focus your attention on looking for the next successful trade to let run.

5. Focus on money management and a trading plan. Only enter a trade once you know how much of your margin you are willing to risk from the trade and how much you’re hoping to profit. Figuring out this calculation will help you develop your very own risk/reward ratio for your trade, the first step in a successful trading plan. Over time, the difference between successful traders and unsuccessful ones is that the former always enter the market with a trading plan and the latter never do.

6. Take personal responsibility for your trades. Great traders accept personal responsibility for everything they do. Remember that you’re the one who is pulling the trigger. Great traders know that they are responsible for all the trades they make, either good or bad. Blaming the market or bad luck can cause a trader to lose focus on their ability to learn from their trading errors and apply their lessons to improve their trading in the future.

7. Don’t become greedy. When traders have an open trade that is making them profit they often forget their pre-determined target for the trade, as they are sure that the trade will continue to make them profits. Remember that the markets are dynamic and that no trend lasts forever. If the price reaches your target, bank the profits or move your stop-loss forward to prevent a loss.

8. Trade the News. Most of the really dramatic moves in the Forex market occur around important news events. Trading volume increases in advance of news releases and the resulting moves are normally significant: allowing traders to grab pips from rapid market movements. News-traders will often make only one trade a day due to the large potential profits involved by correctly trading important news releases.

Follow these guidelines and you should start to see an improvement in your trades immediately. But remember, the key to becoming a successful trader is discipline and the ability to stick to a set of rules.

Put these guidelines to work. 🙂

Whats Cool About Coconuts

October 5, 2010 Leave a comment

A switch to a raw, vegan, natural foods lifestyle requires a little creativity and a lot of getting used to. It may feel at first as if we are giving up more than we are gaining.

I am blessed to live in a tropical climate where coconuts grow in abundance. I’ve heard amazing things about the healing properties of coconut oil.

You can’t keep a good oil down!

The false and misleading information that has been widely distributed marking coconut oil, or saturated fats, as bad was pushed by the corn oil industry. As we know, whenever huge profits are at stake, the truth is hidden and replaced with lies to support the profit agenda.

However, coconut oil which is far more nutritious and beneficial than corn oil, safflower oil, peanut oil, soybean oil, and even olive oil- contains no dangerous trans-fatty acids. Trans-fats can raise LDLs, commonly known as ‘bad’ cholesterol, and lead to heart disease, stroke, diabetes, and more.

Coconut oil increases metabolism and supports healthy weight loss.

Coconut oil’s saturated fat is a medium-chain fatty acid which means it is digested more easily than other fats. Whereas, other fats are stored in the body’s cells, the medium-chain fatty acids in coconut oil are rapidly broken down and converted into energy putting less strain on the liver, pancreas, and digestive system. By activating the metabolism, coconut oil is outstanding for those with thyroid issues.

Coconut oil is antiviral, antimicrobial, and anti-cancerous. It enhances the immune system by destroying lipid-coated viruses such as HIV, herpes, influenza, and various pathogenic bacteria.
There are many uses for pure, virgin coconut oils

Uses of Coconut Oil:

* As a stable cooking oil
* salad dressing
* shakes, smoothies, juices
* skin moisturizer
* massage oil

I feel the best and most complete benefits come from the whole, natural coconut eaten regularly as a part of a natural foods diet. But if you don’t happen to have a coconut tree in your backyard then you must make sure you are getting the highest quality virgin coconut oil.

Some requirements to look for would be:

* certified organic, USDA standards
* low-level heating to preserve natural nutrients
* made from fresh coconuts, not dried
* no chemical additives
* no refinement
* non-GMO
* no hydrogenation
* no hybridized coconuts

Superior quality makes a big difference, not only in regards to health and safety, but also in regards to taste and cooking quality if you use it in sautees and stir-frys. However you use your coconut oil, you can be assured that you are fortifying yourself with healthy, natural foods that taste good and are good for you!

r727418802a i just read a newspaper today, and my eyes was like popped out when i read a one of the news. its about a woman, who gave a birth of  Octuplets! on January 26.  a woman, not a cats or other mammals, imagine that littles babies they are all too small. bacause they must shares the nutricion with their other 7 sibbling

and the mom, Nayda Suleman 33, was diagnosed with paranoia, depression, wild mood swings and post-traumatic stress syndrome before he got pregnant. but she kept popping out babies. and  less than two weeks ago said in an interview broadcast on Friday that her babies were the product of six implanted embryos, the same procedure used to conceive her six other children. it means she has a 14 kids.

www.thenadyasulemanfamily.com

i cant imagine how she magane that, how to takecare of  them and feeds her kids because she is, unemployed mother who lives in the home of her divorced parents,

“Everything I do, I’ll stop my life for them and be present with them. And hold them,” she said. “And how many parents do that? I’m sure there are many that do, but many don’t. And that’s unfortunate. That is selfish.”

Suleman says she has a plan to earn enough money to raise her 14 kids. i hope things goes just like her plans. if not, what will happen with her kids. will that be selfish or just a love that every mom have to their childrens.

and because of this birth, the doctor who fertilited the octuplets is under investigation

‘Bailout Bill’ gives away cash in New York

February 5, 2009 1 comment

From ABC news,
He will not say his name, hides his face, and he hands out cash to anyone who asks in the middle of New York.

The mystery benefactor known only as Bailout Bill sat behind a counter in the heart of Times Square in New York giving money to hundreds of people waiting in well-below-zero temperatures.

From a window marked “Bailout Booth,” Bailout Bill gave everyone at least $US50 ($78), sometimes a lot more.

He was dressed in wraparound black glasses and had a wool hat pulled low over his head.

Many of the people waiting for more than five hours were victims of the severe US economic downturn. Tens of thousands have lost their jobs in New York alone.

“I’m very appreciative. I might give some to my mother,” said Leon McNeil, 25, after being handed $50. He was laid off by troubled department store Macy’s last December.

Bailout Bill’s giveaway aims to raise publicity for a website where you can advertise unwanted possessions.

He also wants to help ordinary people in the same way that the Government is bailing out banks and other corporations, a spokesman, Drew Tybus said.

All people were asked to do Tuesday was tell their problems to an assistant standing in the street with a microphone and camera.

“My mother is dying in bed,” said Mario, a frail man who wore cowboy boots and carried a walking stick.

“Let’s see what Bailout Bill says,” the assistant replied, hugging Mario.

Bailout Bill announced, “Today I’m going to give $[US]150.”

This was the “Bailout Booth’s” second and last day in New York. Next it goes to Washington, DC, Boston and Philadelphia, said Mr Tybus.

Mr Tybus said Bailout Bill would distribute $US500,000 ($777,000) before he was finished.

“Bailout Bill can’t tell you his real name. We assume there’s too much of a risk. Everyone knows he’s got money, so, well, something could happen,” Mr Tybus said.

But for anyone thinking of taking the money-for-nothing concept a further and robbing that cash-filled booth, Mr Tybus had a warning.

“Those guys standing around here and also in the booth, they’re off duty cops. And they’re armed.”
